All returns must be unused and unopened.
For Damaged or Missing merchandise please call us at 1-888-478-4677 (select option 1), or email us at info@thejunglestore.com, within 72 hours of receipt.
Requests for Returns or Exchanges must be received within 20 days of your receipt of product. To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days of receipt. Please return the item in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.).
REFUNDS: will not include shipping and handling fees. This does NOT include orders that had damaged product and or the wrong item was shipped and no replacement is requested.
Please allow 2 weeks for processing of returns, and 30 days for refunds.
RESTOCKING FEE: all returning orders under $60.00 are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. All other orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Inflatable Items, Masks, Noses, Socks, Slippers and, Costumes. As well as Decals & Custom items i.e., pillowcases, aprons, tote bags and stationery are made to order and are NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
PRODUCT AVAILABILTY: Our merchandise is constantly revolving so we cannot guarantee all items to be in stock, as well as prices subject to change without notice.
REFUSED DELIVERY: If you refuse delivery of an order that was requested for express delivery (overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day), we will refund you for the merchandise less the return shipping cost and a 10 % service charge when it is returned to us by the shipper.
